Where Intoxalock actually reaches
These figures come from our own index of 10,531 installation points, not from the brand’s marketing. A network is only useful if it reaches the town where you have to drive every 30 to 60 days for a calibration.
Intoxalock appears at 5,928 of the 10,531 points we have on file — 56% of the market as we measure it — spread over 48 states and 3,836 towns and cities. Only 22% of those addresses also install a competitor’s device, so its shops are mostly brand-exclusive — switching provider will usually mean switching garage too.
In South Dakota it is the only provider we have found, which removes the choice but also the comparison.
In 1,938 of those towns it is the only installer on file. If you live in one of them, the price you are quoted is the price there is.
Not found in District of Columbia, Virginia, West Virginia — if you are there, one of the other providers is your route.

Intoxalock does not publish a single national price, and quotes vary by state and by the center doing the install. We are collecting confirmed quotes and will publish them here with the date each one was checked — not before.

Where Intoxalock is approved, and under which device
States publish their own lists of vendors allowed to fit an interlock, and the model name on that list is what your paperwork has to match. This is the one claim about a provider that does not come from the provider.

Approval in one state says nothing about the next one: each program keeps its own list, and a device accepted in Texas may not be accepted where you live. If you move mid-term, this is the first thing to check — before the provider tells you it is fine.
