A center that has closed, a price that has changed, a state rule we have wrong. Tell us what is wrong and where you saw it — we check it against the source and fix it.
Providers and centers
If you run a certified center and your listing is wrong, or you want to confirm your current fees for publication, write in — we note the date we verified them.

What we cannot help with
Being straight about this saves you time when the deadline matters:
- We cannot advise on your case. We are not a law firm and not a licensed provider. For anything specific to your charge or your license, speak to an attorney in your state.
- We cannot fit, service or remove a device. That is done by certified centers — find the ones near you.
- We cannot change your term or your court order. Only the court or the agency that issued it can.
- We cannot access your provider account. Billing, appointments and lockouts go to whoever leases you the device.
