What Simple Interlock costs
Simple Interlock does not publish a single national price, and quotes vary by state and by the center doing the install. We are collecting confirmed quotes and will publish them here with the date each one was checked — not before.
Where Simple Interlock is approved, and under which device
States publish their own lists of vendors allowed to fit an interlock, and the model name on that list is what your paperwork has to match. This is the one claim about a provider that does not come from the provider.

Approval in one state says nothing about the next one: each program keeps its own list, and a device accepted in Texas may not be accepted where you live. If you move mid-term, this is the first thing to check — before the provider tells you it is fine.
What using Simple Interlock actually means in those states

The last column is the honest context for a small brand: where the state has hundreds of certified points, being on the approved list is a starting position rather than a reason to choose. Where a state caps the monthly fee, the price argument disappears entirely and the only question left is the drive to calibration.
Check the register yourself before you pay
We verified the entries above on the dates shown, and state lists change without notice. For a provider this small the register is the whole of the evidence, so it is worth thirty seconds:
- New Jersey — New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission. Approved manufacturers, plus a separate register of licensed installers to check.
- Tennessee — Tennessee Ignition Interlock Program. Approved manufacturers currently accepting new customers, with a service-center map.
- Texas — Texas Department of Public Safety. The approved-device list by manufacturer and model number, as a PDF.
- Georgia — Georgia Department of Driver Services. Approved devices by manufacturer and model.
If the name is gone from the list, that is not a paperwork problem: time on an unapproved device does not count toward your term, and the months are the expensive part.
Compare before you commit
Providers rarely differ enough on the device to matter. The difference you feel is the monthly fee, the lockout policy, and how far you drive every 30 to 60 days for a calibration.
